Everything was nice but the ac didn’t work the first night so thankfully target had a nice tan but the manager or whoever answered the next day and had the ac fixed

It was wonderful destination, the room was clean. We enjoyed the private and outdoor podium. A few minutes to the beautiful sandy beach. Convenient parking in front of the house. Thank you

Nice small place

Small , quiet area, close to everything as. Only 2 blocks to the beach. Tv only had 4 channels- so that was no fun. But everything else was very nice.

Great location!

In my case it was this or a hotel. For the price, it was a no-brainer. Location was incredible. I would recommend an additional trash can and potentially a microwave and a taller mini fridge. Other than that, it was perfect for an extended work trip

The lady Jennifer at the Management company was good and responsive. But the "Answering" service who attended to the telephones on Sunday promised action that did not happen as promised. It was attended by Jennifer on Monday. The property was supposed to have a Kitchen with equipment listed in the webpage, but there was no Kitchen at all. There was a coffee maker that did not work. It was replaced by Jennifer on Monday. The Management company was aware that the description of the Amenities (Kitchen) was not correct, but did not inform the customer when confirming reservation. This in business language is fraud.
