The hotel was great as far as quality of the facility. The beds were good and the general condition of the hotel was very clean and well kept by the staff. The breakfast was not up to typical standards. Very little variety and many items just had empty bowls. We ate around 7:30am and we did see an employee come in from the grocery store and start to restock the food. We had already finished by then but I feel that the employee probably had things back up and running shortly after we left. Overall, it was a good experience and I would stay here again without hesitation.

We were in town for the Polar Express train ride. Our stay was enjoyable and comfortable. I would stay here again. The free breakfast was ok. The attendant who was serving the food items was very helpful, kind and courteous. The only con was the ac unit did not work properly. The staff did go to check on it and made sure it was running.

We booked 2 rooms at comfort suites through hotels.com. When we arrived the first receptionist we spoke to was very nice but could not find our second room. She asked another woman for assistance and she rudely informed me that they do not have another room and are fully booked. She informed me it is not the hotels fault that I shouldn’t have booked through a third party hotels.com. She said they are fully booked and there is nothing they can do about it. They did have a cancellation and called us to see if we wanted the room. We said yes but they would not honor the price that I had agreed to pay on hotels.com so we ended up having to spend more even tho we had confirmation we booked 2 rooms at a set price. Now our credit card is pending charges from 3 rooms. The stay was subpar and definitely not worth this headache. I highly recommend if you come to this town for the polar express book ANYWHERE ELSE.
