Although "smoke free" it smelled of cigarette smoke. Everything was run down and it's apparent the owners haven't put any money into maintenance or improvements for years. Plus, the owner was yelling at the overnight employee for over an hour one morning and you could hear her virtually everywhere on the first floor. Very unprofessional.

We waiting for a half hour for someone to help us check in and no one came to help. So we contacted customer service and they finally got whole of someone working after another 20 minutes and were told they were “helping” someone in their room, slightly shady. I forfeited the $50 since I can’t get refunded but such poor service. Should’ve expected that at a super 8.

The staff was rude when we asked for additional towels, refused to bring them to our room and made us come and get them. The room phone didn't work and the room was dirty and they didn't clean it between the 2 nights we stayed.

It smelled, no toiletries in our room, not clean, tv had a different remote than a he tv so it did not work. Would not stay there again.

The aircondition didn't work. The rooms smelled like mold. The staff was slow and not friendly.

I stayed at this place for a week and A-day And they never vacuum my Room never made my bed never washed out my tub never did anything didn't even dump my garbage I had to ask at the desk for bags to dump my own garbage I had to ask at the desk for new towels the toilet leaked everytime I flushed it and I got bit up terribly by bed bugs so bad untill I have bumps all over me and I end up killing about 10 bed bugs full of my blood in one night and they moved me across the Hall to another Room that wasn't fit with a sink full of all kinds of peoples hair and even the 1st day I was there in the Room with the bed bugs I had to call the front desk to put new Lenin on the bed because someone else's hair was all in the bed and on the pillows when I 1st went in the Room terrible placed and the rooms smell bad with the air only working half the time

The room was clean and very decent for the price. I did notice several black hairs in the bathroom sink and on the toilet. They probably fell out when the room was being cleaned. Staff should consider wearing a hairnet when cleaning. There was a lot of noise until fairly late(11pm) coming from the room above. Sounded like someone was running back and forth. Not many channels on tv to choose from. Front desk staff called to see if I needed anything which was nice. I would stay there again because the price was so good.
