Overall, still above average !!

The breakfast is excellent. And the lobby is very welcoming. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the dishwasher in the room is not so great. I guess the cleaning crew too busy to forget about it. It's not only about having food waste left in the bottom of the dishwasher (maybe the wash cycle is not complete), and the surface of the dishwasher is sticky, like someone has poured syrup by accidentally. We were checking late, too tired to ask to change the room. It did look like it had been remodeled at some point, but the job was being done poorly. I understand "YOU GOT WHAT YOU PAY FOR"..thing. But to be honest, if I can compare the rooms differently between the original price and with a discount from Hotel.com, I would rather choose the room they have listed with the original price.

This city was in need for a stable business to help turn Jackson Ms back into the city I knew as a child and as a police officer with the state capital police department. We love the property and have stayed in many of them, and as always our stay has been AAA nothing but the best customer service anyone could expect. Thanks again

Clean rooms, well supplied with towels, etc. Staff are very friendly and assists any way they can. The breakfast was plentiful, and the Host Lolita kept the food hot, well prepared and she made sure the area was clean. The evening Social was amazing. The food was well prepared, The beverages were an amazing treat for the days end. These folks do a wonderful job and make you feel like family. Kudos to all!!!
