Extra Effort Appreciated

Had some significant issue with checking into the hotel based on the reservation sent from Hotels.com to this hotel, but Richard at the front desk was great and helped my work through the frustrating issue. It got to the point that he just got me a room and dealt with Hotels.com with his manager behind the scenes. Shortly after getting settled into the room, he called to say that everything had been worked out and apologized for the inconvenience (which was not caused by him or the hotel). Thank you, Richard!

Wonderful staff, but tge bathroom had a large clump of dust/hair under the bathroom door at the noytom hinge and the sink backed up really bad leaving a nasty black ring around the sink.
