Everything in Jaxon is very expensive, we were only there for about eight hours so we didn’t really use any amenities. The staff was nice. The property was decent, but not really a good value. Small room. But again, Jackson is expensive!

Easy check-in and the price was probably the most affordable in the Jackson area. The room was small and very basic, but super clean and worked great for my needs. Coffee bar in the office and the hotel is a short drive from downtown eateries/stores. Great location, good price, and comfortable stay!

The room was not ready even though we were told it was. Had to wait for 15 minutes to complete prep. TV didn’t work, light was out in main room, no electricity in the bathroom. Staff was nasty and unprofessional. No water at all due to water problem in city but staff didn’t inform anyone for over 12 hours and offered no minimal water or assistance. We stayed in 8 different hotels on this trip and this one was the very worst by far. We left one day early due to no water but did not get a refund from hotel or Travelocity so out $350. Just a horrible place and experience

The hotel is very comfortable, and you can really enjoy some peace and quiet. It’s in a great location… right next to Target and several other shopping centers. It’s only about 6 minutes from Town Square and 25–30 minutes from the entrances to the national parks. It’s an easy drive to everything and very easy to get to. The area feels very safe, everything is clean, and housekeeping came every day with fresh towels and clean sheets. I absolutely loved staying at this hotel! I had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again.

Hotel was excellent, and the front desk people that I dealt with were both amazing. Stacy at checkout and Heather at check in were both great. Nothing fancy about the hotel, the for Jackson it was a great price, quiet, and very clean. Highly recommend!

We absolutely LOVED staying at this hotel! The staff was super helpful with whatever we needed. Stacy and Jess were wonderful. Our room was clean, the spacious refrigerator came in handy for our six day stay. Our bed was comfortable. We never were bothered by outside noise, and we felt safe the entire time. We definitely would recommend this hotel to others. If we're ever in the area again, we would love to stay here again.
