My wife and I stayed in a Comfort Room for 2 weeks in Jan., 2026.The best aspect of this hotel is the staff. They are extremely freindly and accomodating. The hotel was kept clean and rooms cleaned each day if you wished. We also really like the complementary breakfeast and the option to order more for a reasonable cost. The roof top sitting area was also nice place to relax in the evenings. The air conditioner worked well. We also were thankful to have a small refridgerator in our room.
The Comfort Room and associated deck are small. For a night or two it would be fine. We found it too small for our 2 week stay. The room decor is dated and due for a refresh. The nights were quiet, bed comfortable, and we slept well.
During our stay there was construction on an adjacent building throughout each day. Loud noise from cement cutting, grinding, etc. was really annoying.
The hotel is situated in the central core area of downtown Zihuatenjo. It is very busy during the day, but gets quiet in the evening.
