"Everything was great except the master bedroom. The bedding was very dirty and stained with multiple things. It appeared to have not been changed from the last guests, even though the bed was all made and set up. We had to completely strip all the bedding down including the matress pad and washed it ourselves. There was also no washing machine pods available. We notified the facility managemend, Red Sands and they brought over some landry pods the next morning. They also mentioned that they would see about refunding the cleaning fee but we have not heard anything. All the rest of the rooms were clean. This was liekly an error on the cleaning crew, but upsetting to arrive and find it that way Great facility for our family reunion. Having the number of bathrooms was perfect for each family to have their own. The two garages was nice. We enjoyed the pickleball court. We enjoyed our stay once we got the master bed cleaned and remade. We will definitely come back when in that area again with our family."
