I can't recommend this hotel enough. Everyone on the staff is so nice, the hospitality is off the charts. Easy walk to the funicular up to Taksim, which made seeing the sights very easy. Very happy with my stay in every way, would love to come back someday.

1/2 block from tram but behind another building so quiet (no street or tram noise). FANTASTIC staff - very helpful & accommodating. Sam really did an outstanding job as the Chief Entertainment Officer! One of the friendliest people I’ve ever met in Turkey. He made our stay so happy and stress-free—from arranging seamless hotel transport to offering us coffee every time he saw us, always making sure we were well taken care of and had everything we needed. Truly seamless service! The hotel is great value for money, with a good location and excellent coffee offerings. Nothing more to ask for! It felt like home.
