We moved there after previous booking at another hotel was only a small step up from a hostel - lovely boutique hotel - only problem is it’s down hill from Taksim Square so you need to be fit or prepared for an inexpensive Uber ride. Thanks Andre and Team x

Very very helpful staff . Room size is big when compared to other rooms in Istanbul. The staff is very accommodating. I had a sick child they helped us with an early check in and also guided us where to go around in the city

The hotel itself is very clean and organized. Amazing staff, very helpful and friendly. They would do anything to make sure their guests are happy and comfortable. However, the area where the hotel is located is not a good neighborhood. I didn’t feel safe at night in this area and it’s also a steep hill to walk to transportations. Moreover, during my stay there was some building renovations in the area which causes noise during daytimes.

The stay at the hotel was wonderful and beautiful. The workers are very nice, respectful and experienced. Mahmoud is a respectful person who loves to help, and Omar is a respectful person who does not hesitate to serve and help. The lady who works in the morning is very respectful and elegant. I loved the place and I advise everyone not to hesitate to book and stay in this comfortable and very clean hotel. Thank you for the help and service. See you soon. I am from Canada, Toronto. The hotel itself was decent, and the reception staff were friendly and accommodating. However, there is room for improvement in the cleaning services and breakfast staff. Although breakfast was scheduled to start at 8 AM according to hotel policy, it was never ready on time. We consistently had to wait 30–40 minutes. Overall, the hotel wasn’t too bad, but there’s definitely a need for some enhancements to the hotel’s management and services.

The service was awful, the staff had very unprofessional behavior with no respect to the guests. The breakfast had low quality, they provide only one pack for each room even you are 3 people in the room.
