Location of the apartment is great. Close 2 supermarkets, Taksim, bus, metro station and takeaways. Apartment was spacious and kitchen was great, so were the beds but everything else in our apartment was broken. Apartment door handle, intercom, cabinet doors, toilet seat, radiator railing, shower tray, clothes drying stand, ironing stand, wall paper peeling of the wall. Wardrobe doors were loose & came out of the fixing, falling on the ground; narrowly missing our 8 years old child. There was a leakage in our sitting room from upper apartment bathroom before our arrival but the owner claimed that he had checked the apartment A-Z and there wasn't any such issue. Leakage was fixed by the builders but we had to stay in the apartment because there were no lock keys for the rooms to lock our valuables. Our 1 day got lost. There was a power failure in the building and there was no backup generator; hence we were stuck on the 8th floor for 3 hours as lifts stopped working too. Water supply was main issue in this apartment. We were out of water for 3-4 times. Once it was out for 10 hours without advance notice or messages. Manager claimed that messages were sent and notices were pasted that work will be in carried out. Swimming pool pump broke and guests were asked to vacant the pool and was shut for 48 hours. Shower tray & tiles were full of fungus & algae. There were worms and maggots coming out of the tiles behind the wash basin in the bathroom. We won't be booking them again.

Spacious family suite with indoor pool

Very nice spacious family apartment with access to indoor pool, sauna, steam room, and gym. Close to Taksim Square for shops and restaurants.

J ai réservé un appartement luxe comme décrit sur le site d expédia. Quelle fut ma surprise en ouvrant la porte de l appartement. Tv hors service,meuble cassé, chaises cassées,appartement sale et vieux , moisissures,prises électriques dénudé et pour finir en ouvrant les rideaux de l appartement j ai eu la surprise de découvrir que les fenêtres de l appartement donnait sur un mur,oui vous avez bien lu un mur. Voilà ce que la résidence Elysium taksim et le site EXPÉDIA appelle un appartement luxe, une honte De plus mon enfant de 8 ans s’est fait voler un maillot de football d une grande valeur par une dame de ménage.elle nous dit qu’elle avait trouvé le maillot de football par terre et qu elle l avait jeté à la poubelle, une honte, Un conseil Fuyer cette hôtel
