There was no heat. They gave us a heater for one room but the room still took many hours before it was comfortable enough to sleep in. If you put in the address in uber, it will drop you off behind the building and it's almost a mile walk to get to the front door. They sent somebody to open door for us and eventually we got in through the back door.

Great hotel for the money - they were just renovating the rooms on our floor so our next stag will b even better. Breakfast was well worth the money and the hotel staff all very helpful, friendly and accommodating. Finding the hotel was a bit tricky as Google maps doesn't find it - be aware of this and use the map in the Hotels.com app.
