Loved the service, everyone was very helpful and the food option were great for both breakfast and throughout the day. Our room was very clean and the washroom was nicely setup with a big shower. It was also very quiet throughout the day and the distance to the tram, restaurants and stores was comfortable!

Friendly greeting from the owner at reception. Breakfast staff were helpful and friendly. Air conditioning functioning and very useful. Rooms cleaned daily and housekeeping lady was very friendly. 5 mon walk to main mosques and tram. Breakfast hand enough variety for 5 days and omellette station was a nice touch.

I loved my stay at this hotel. It's so close to the main areas which was very convenient. Although it is an inner street it is very lively. The room was very modern, clean, and spacious. I was surprised by the amenities it was super thoughtful and kind of them to provide us so much. But I have to say the best part of my stay would have to be the breakfast. The food was amazing with such a huge variety of spread, the rooftop was beautiful with an amazing view, it was so so relaxing, and overall loved the vibes. The staff was so kind and helped explain the activities and help us with anything we need. Would definitely recommend coming here and I would come back for sure.

Last year we visited Istanbul and it was an amazing stay at Seraglio Hotel. This year, their open buffet breakfast is very basic and less variety than before. Air condition noisy and room service can be improved. Receptionist very friendly and helpful.

This hotel is a hidden gem in the old city. It's situated a couple of minutes walk from the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. We enjoyed staying in the family suite and 5 people stayed comfortably. The service was great. The hotel staff is very courteous. Rooftop free breakfast was an added perk with amazing views. Would definitely stay here again. Very clean and modern hotel.
