Primero hotel is extremely convenient to several attractions nearby, Blue Mosque, Hagia Sofia, and Grand Bizarre. My mother is older and although the walk to grand bizarre was all uphill she navigated it easily. There are numerous food options nearby. The thing that stood out the most besides how clean the hotel was was the staff. They were friendly and professional and attended to our every request.

Fabulous Istanbul

Hotel is very well located near main attractions. Plenty of local restaurants in the area and tramway is just up the street. Rooms are on the small size for North American standards but we still managed on our 5 day stay. Suggestion for the hotel. Add additional hooks in bathroom as well as a few shelves for storage to make the best usage of space.

I was travelling with a family of four in the family room. While the room was a bit tight for four people and luggage, the staff service was outstanding. My husband needed to have his glasses fixed and the staff was able to expedite having it repaired. All 5 of our luggage was lost and the staff was helpful in calling the airlines on multiple occasions to retrieve them back. We had to have laundry done due to the lost luggage and the staff helped out with that as well. Breakfast was great with a nice variety of options. The hotel was close to Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Gran Bazaar and with MANY restaurant and shopping options. Would highly recommend. We did have some electrical issues in the room but we were able to deal with it.

We spent 3 nights at Primero. Great location & walking distance to tourist attractions like Grand Bazaar, Hagia Sofia, Basilica Cisterns etc. Plenty of restaurants and eateries nearby. Good breakfast with great selection and something different on offer every day. Ozkar on reception was professional and very knowledgable about the area. We renamed him to #1 as he is just the best!! The staff always greeted us with a smile and offered to assist with our baggage, dinner reservations, or any excursions that might do during our travel. The hotel was super convenient to everywhere we wanted to be. There was no need for a taxi, and just wear comfortable sneakers!! Staff was very pleasant, area alittle loud as expected, and rooms were clean but small.

Mi estancia en este hotel fue realmente muy placentera, tiene una excelente ubicación muy cerca de todos los sitios emblemáticos. My stay at this hotel was truly pleasant. It has an excellent location very close to all the iconic sites.
