We ended up not staying at My Palace Rooms after arriving. The property did not match the photos or description online, and the surrounding area did not feel comfortable or welcoming. Check-in was confusing, and communication from the staff was unhelpful. Based on our first impression, we decided to make other arrangements. This was not the experience we expected.

Our was a spacious 3 bedroom apartment with 2 toilets at a very good sameday cheap rent. We only stayed for a night so didn't get time to look around much. There are quite a few restaurants at walking distance.

My apartment was nice and clean. No microwave in the kitchen. But having a fridge and kettle was good. A grocery store nearby. Staff were friendly and I was offered a free shuttle (taxi) ride to the airport. Thank you.

7 minutes from airport.. friendly staff, who booked taxi for us. Separate bedroom from kitchen/lounge area so plenty of room. Slightly past its best but very good value for money

I choose this hotel as i was travelling on my owm for the first time and they offered free shuttle service, after messaging many times to tell them my flight timing they never got back to me so i contacted expedia and finally they communicated with me and told me its only one way droppings they offer, after so much argument they offered picking up too which never happened. The taxi driver harrassed me took £20 plus 200TL when i expalined the situation to recipient they were not interested. Property wasnt too bad but they need to offer cleaning.

The only reason I booked it, It said in the description that there is an airport transfer. Absolutely lie! No transportation is provided,I had to pay for the taxi after I made the reservation and called there to request a transfer. And it is too far away as well from IST airport. Get ready to pay 2000 TYl one way. Dirty floors. Mold in the bathroom. Hair. Only the bed was clean and comfortable. The blanket is towel thick. I even can not call it a blanket. Just a cotton throw. Also be ready to smell strong smoke air. Crazy experience! Never would recommend!
