Very convenient place, near metro station. They have a shuttle bus for residents to go to three shopping malls. Mustafa was the cleaning service man, he changes sheets and cleans very well. Reception team were very helpful all the time. Check in and check out was very smooth. Location is excellent as there is a 24 hrs restaurant just a walking distance.

The only detail worth mentioning is that the rooms are located one floor above and there is no elevator, so if you are traveling with heavy suitcases, it would be advisable to ask your taxi driver for help for a tip or carry them between two people. It is a tiring task but it is worth it because the place is perfect and the host Bianca is wonderful.

Room too small,w/c is not working normally and broken,shower in bad condition,dovet cover is torn,torn robe, the distance between the bed and the wall is so small that you have to move sideways. cheap repairs where everything falls apart. Reception stuff and bellboys are great guys. Helpful and fast. Especially thanks to housekeeper Ebru for her help and service. She is great and did everything to keep our room clean. Shuttle bus is great as well.

This is probably the best and most comfortable hotel I've ever stayed. The reception staff, Miss Yaren in particular were professional, polite and helpful. Miss Yaren was kind enough to upgrade us to a one bedroom apartment. From now on Marriott 'executive Apartments is the place for us to stay in Istanbul.
