Mauvaise experience

A mon arrivée à la hôtel ,ils n ont pas retrouvé ma reservation.le receptioniste était trop arrogant,il ne voulait même pas me parler ,j ai du appelé hotel.com qui l ont contacté.A la fin j ai du attendre le manager général qui a réglé le problème.c était une très mauvaise expérience. Le petit déjeuner était trop simple.pas de variétés.par contre l emplacement était parfait,juste en face de l' arrêt du tramway.
