Overall, it’s a good place — clean, no insects, and well-maintained. The washroom shower was extremely poor, which was disappointing, but aside from that the stay was lovely. The staff were generally nice and polite. However, the only real negative experience was during checkout at 3 AM. I had five bags with me, and the staff member at reception didn’t even offer to help — he just stood there watching. That left a bad impression after an otherwise pleasant stay.

I ruly had a great experience staying at the Mekke Hotel. Respectful, helpful, kind and welcomig staff while doing everything with a mile. I personally would stay here anytime I'm in the area since the manager, even though the hotel was nearly full during the Xmas holidays, figure out a way to extend my stay while both times were last minute decisions on my part. In regards to the room, cleanliness, service and location and ...I can only say I was surprised in the best possible way, especially considering the cost. I'd certainly recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Das Zimmer hatte ein verschimmeltes Badezimmer vorzuweisen. Das Zimmer war alt und zum Teil brüchig. Die Betten waren sehr alt und sehr unkomfortabel. Die Fotos der Zimmer täuschen sehr, in der Realität sieht es ganz anders aus.

I will start with the only good thing about this hotel: Location. Near everything important and very near to metrostation Yenikapi. The hotel itself is very bad! Pictures u see on websites are not how the rooms look like! some examples are: Mold everywhere Mice droppings Dirty curtains Empty minibar (not working at all) Very noisy rooms (heavy traffic outside) Breakfast is not fresh! (everything is at least a few days old!) Manager is not heplfull (paid for a double bed, got 2 single beds and would not help) Very small bathroom ( you littarally shower over the toiletpot) They dont change sheets daily Dont take a shower at night! (no hot water!) I have pictures but dont know how to place them here. Better pay more for a better hotel.
