Great location, good pricing. Because of the location, it can be noisy during the night, with loud music somewhere around. Not adequate for parking cars, very confusing.

Very noisy, poor plumbing, unhelpful experience – not worth it We stayed one night and would not return. While there were some positives, the overall experience was negative and stressful. Pros: – Convenient location – Clean bed linen Cons: – Extremely loud noise from a nearby karaoke bar, lasting very late into the night — absolutely no chance to sleep till morning – Staff offered to move us to another hotel at 2 a.m. I stood at reception for an hour and nothing happened – It felt like they were just pretending to help, rather than offering a real solution – In the morning, they told us It’s like this everywhere in Istanbul.” They knew about the bar and loud music because before checking I saw another guests who was complaining about noise but didn’t warn us at check-in – No hot water and very weak water pressure – Bathroom needs renovation We booked two rooms and paid in cash. This hotel might work if you’re looking for nightlife and don’t mind noise or discomfort — but if you need real rest or honesty from staff, look elsewhere.

Front desk was very attentive and extremely helpful. The noise complaints are unreasonable and probably written by boomers. We had a fantastic time! We will come back if we come to Istanbul again.

Great location on taxim squire , Cleanliness as expected , fast internet . But be aware that not all rooms have a terrace / balcony that overlooking taxim squire . What i dislike that there isn’t any lobby/ lounge to chat with the residents whatsoever

Lovely hotel

Great hotel with kindness staff. Clean & comfortable rooms. Great fully location. I stayed at this hotel with my wife for 10 days and so enjoyed it.

Bad Experience

Room was nice and the bed was very comfortable. Value for money. However, the breakfast was disappointing as I had to go to walk to a restaurant to have my breakfast which I was unable to choose it was a set breakfast. Service was poor. Cleaning service was bad. Had a bad experience during my stay as I had lost my money in the room when the cleaning crew was cleaning my room. The first Management and staff were not very helpful. They wasted my time by making me wait and did nothing. Until I finally met a more concerned manager named Artun. He helped and assisted me with my concerns and compensated me for my loss by providing me a 1 night stay as a compensated payment to the room since they were unable to compensate in cash. He made every effort to ensure that my stay was comfortable and assured me to improve their services under a new management.

Room was nice and the bed was comfortable and I liked the room decorations. Breakfast was not good. Room service was not good. Cleaning service was not good. Location is very convenient as it is in Taksim and in Istikela Street.

It's one of the best hotel I've been to. Very cozy ,modern and clean. The location is great and the service is perfect and the staff are very nice. The breakfast was a little bit poor but still ok. Overall I highly recommend this hotel.

Good and Bad Experience.

The King Double Room with balcony was excellent and the bed was very comfortable. However, I was very disappointed with the Breakfast service where I was ushered to a restaurant outside of the hotel on my first day and the breakfast was terrible at the restaurant. After that, I never used or ate the free breakfast for the rest of my stay. Cleaning service was not terrible. Room was not cleaned properly. The most disappointing and bad experienced I had was that my 200 Lira was missing from my wallet from my handbag which I had zipped closed and when I returned I noticed my handbag zip was opened including my wallet and found that my 200 lira was missing when the cleaner cleaned my room. The first lady manager did not take any immediate action and was not helpful, she made me wait and did nothing. She took it so lightly as if it was not important. However, when they sent another manager to handle my problem, he was very helpful and made an afford to resolve my problem. He had offered to compensate me by providing 1 night stay in replacement as a payment to the room on my next stay there as they could not compensate me in cash. He had also promised to provide me with free usage of their facilities in the building and promised a better services for me and to improve their services better.

Hôtel à fuir !!!

Hôtel à côté d une boîte de nuit... Musique infernale jusqu'à 5 heures du matin !! Sur les photos du site ,c'est sympa, mais la réalité l est beaucoup moins.. Ampoule cassée, mauvaise insonorisation, lit peu confortable, éclairage du miroir ne fonctionne pas... Il faudrait que votre site stipule que la boîte de nuit est à côté... Hôtel à fuir!!!
