Mixed feelings
I booked this hotel because I thought it was luxury. There was some elements that felt like it was and others that didn’t. My first room, the heating/air con didn’t work, the lamp had tape where the switch was suppose to be, the kick board to the bath was sticking out, the mini bar didn’t have what was specified on the list, the vanity mirror was missing and there was dried bird poo on the balcony when I arrived. Other things did feel more luxurious or premium/premier. I spoke the the gentleman on the front desk and he changed my room for my second night. This room was in much better condition. The gym was basic and there wasn’t any water or towels available. Breakfast was limited in choice. I had 20% off food and drink so on my last night decided I would eat at the hotel but was told that there was no cook that day so it wasn’t possible. The staff were very friendly. I booked in for a reflexology massage, I've had lots of these but this was different. I was told to lie face down. I normally find them relaxing but I had to support my legs up because I was face down. It was a nice massage but wasn’t like any reflexology I’ve ever had
