We had a good stay at Artefes Hotel in Istanbul. The hotel is very well located, within walking distance of the main historic sites. The staff were kind and helpful, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was decent for the price, and the rooftop terrace offered a pleasant view of the city.
