310C Oceanside Villa is a lovely 2 bed 2 bath condo just across the street from the beach and includes a private balcony with peaks of the ocean! Located on Isle of Palm's main strip with restaurant and shops just steps away. Comes with access to the community pool and private fishing pier.

Features a fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances throughout. Plenty of seating in the living room and outdoor porch to relax. There is a primary bedroom with queen bed and private bathroom. Additional sleeping in the guest room with a hall bathroom to share.

BR 1: Queen BR 2: Twin/Full bunk bed, Full Bed

PLEASE NOTE: Third Floor unit. No elevator in building. Non-Smoking and no Pets. Fully Equipped Kitchen. Linens and towels provided. There is no washer/dryer in the unit. If necessary a laundromat is right around the corner. Free off street parking with 2 parking passes provided. Must be 25 years or older to rent.

What a wonderful, relaxing and exciting vacation! We enjoyed our time here so much. From relaxing on the beach, to delicious food, to exploring so many different areas. The history here is icredible. Isle of Palms was a dream for us. We enjoyed Sullivans Island too, and Mount Pleasant, and of course, Charleston!! What rich history, and beautiful old streets. Shopping was fun too, especially finding unique gifts for loved ones back home.

Right in the mix

Booked this to be close to other friends staying in sea cabins across the street. Honesty this is a better value than those 1 bedrooms units there. My wife and I plus 2 friends stayed here, rooms are good, location in walkable to everything. Didnt move my car the whole weekend. Beware its nestled between the 2 biggest IOP public beach access, on holiday weekends the beach is going to be very busy. There is some reprive with access to sea cabins private beach access. Also beware no alcohol or smoking on IOP beach. Saw lots of folks gets tickets. Overall satisfied with our stay, would do it again if looking for convenience to bars, restaurants,grocery and beach. If looking for tranquility, probably go further down the beach.

Friday to Monday visit perfect spot to relax, spend some time at the beach-conveniently and walk to shops, eat and drive into Charleston as we wanted/needed to.
