Convenient location. Friendly/ helpful staff. (G at the poolside services!!! :) Our room was very accommodating, and we loved the location on the property where we stayed! It was perfectly located next to the pool. We will be back!

The only complaint I can have, as the hotel staff and facilities are wonderful, are the lack of food options in the evening. The on property restaurant is beautiful, but not suitable for dining every night, especially when travelling with young kids or teens. Therefore, you're forced to drive at least 15 mins to go off site to eat. There is a good place around the corner, but, again, who wants to eat there every night? The hotel, itself, the staff, grounds, pools , landscaping etc., get my thumbs up!

Hawks Cay was great for the most part: nice rooms, well updated lobby, great restaurant options, and pool/beach activities. A couple of negatives: the walls and doors are VERY thin. I could hear our neighbors entire conversations when they came in late at night. Very disappointing that a hotel that recently upgraded would not fix this issue. Bathroom sliding doors did not completely close, which was an issue with our teenager sharing our room. Finally, we did not get maid/towel service our last day and had to call for fresh towels. If a guest is staying three nights, at least one maid service is expected.

Nice facility. Majority of staff was polite. Restaurants are limited, overpriced and offer very small portions. Lack of amenities save paddle boarding and a small kids area. The live environment every night is loud and a major issue for young kids who go to sleep before 10pm. A big issue is that there is no beach access at the resort. Skip this place.

Amazing , late January early February is the perfect time to go! Perfect weather, not to hot not to cold. There is not many people so we got offered an upgrade to a villa for a discounted price! This place is beautiful!

Half remodeled room, a/c struggles loud off/on shakes bed all night, no adult pool service, limited food and servers, nasty lagoon and no seeum bugs ate our ankles up. Servers argued about serving customers in front of us. Stay anywhere else. Not worth the price. Kids may like it
