Location of the property was convenient to stores and a short drive to restaurants. The A.C in the room worked good. The pool room was warm but spacious for swimming. Upon arrival there was no tv cord so no cable or tv to watch. Lots of holes around the room, the floor was full of sand. The sink for handwashing was leaking underneath and there was no hair dryer or iron available for use. There was also a hallway light that shined through the room making it difficult to fall asleep, blackout curtains might help that situation. Stay wasnt horrible but wasnt great either

Disappointing

We stayed for 3 days and never got any service on our room. No clean towels, no beds being made, no refills on coffee, cups, shampoo, etc. There was not a placard to hang on the door for room service and I never saw anyone at the desk after we checked in to ask about service.

The hotel was conveniently located for our travel plans, and we appreciated that it was pet-friendly, allowing us to bring our dog along. Everyone in our group slept well, and the room was clean. However, the room was quite dated—our fridge barely cooled, and the shower was missing water control knobs. The hallway door had a large gap at the bottom, which affected privacy and insulation. Be aware that there’s no elevator, so you'll need to carry your luggage up the stairs. Additionally, the entire hotel had a strong smell of cannabis, which was noticeable throughout our stay.

The place was clean and the staff is friendly but I will probably not stay here again. There were 2 big floodlights shining into our room and no black out curtains. Couldnt sleep as it felt like it was 6am all night due to the lights.

We loved our room and the staff were all excellent! Very friendly and eager to help. The hot water faucet knob in the bathtub was broken. It worked but it was hard to turn with no knob. Also we expected housekeeping to come in and replace the towels and empty the trash before the second night’s stay but we had to go to the desk and get clean towels. Other than those things the room and friendliness of the staff made up for it. We would stay there again.
