Property was nice and easy to locate, Hot tub was nice and warm but WOW the chlorine was on overload, pool was cool, Didn't utilize the breakfast, but area was large and accessible, Check in and out was a breeze, Beds were comfortable with 4 pillows on a king bed, rooms needs more light.

I've never done a review, but I've never been treated like this before. Not sure why, but the person checking me in was determined to make sure I wasn't going to be happy. I'll just list a couple things. I had just finished a 17 hour drive to get there and she charged me $25 for checking in an hour early. Claimed it was company policy and she couldn't do anything about it. I booked it online and my room ended up on the second floor, I have a 15 year old dog that can't do stairs, but she wouldn't let me change rooms to first floor. Again, company policy. Hotel was almost empty during my stay, so there were plenty of rooms. I just got the feeling she wanted me to just say forget it and leave. If I hadn't been so tired, I would have. Looking back, I should have. My family and I stay there several times a year because we have family in the area. We will not be staying there any more.

Room was nice, and it was clean and quiet. All staff was friendly and helpful. Location was perfect spot to where the family wedding was held (4 minutes away). Helped us immensely. Would return there again sometime. Room rate was higher than expected but was reasonable when booked thru 3rd party (which I’ve never done before).

Starting to look run down in rooms. Room smelled like pee and cat littler. Sheets and couch were stained. Staff was wonderful and no complaints about them. Hotel needs an upgrade not a lot staff can do to make dingy used look clean. Feel scammed in the price I paid. Will look at other hotel chains in future.

Property was exceptionally clean, very quiet for being fully sold out, beds were quite comfy, ac was wonderfully cool, front staff was very accommodating to my 2 room requests and 3 reservations for my kiddo's wedding. I would most definitely stay here again and the location is spot on for popular near by wedding venue.
