Great overall Resort. Listing was a bit of a bait and switch. Listed as having a fireplace, but the fireplace was gas and didn't work. Also had issues with electrical, Two ceiling lights were having issues. The Ski faculty were amazing, restaurant is nice, pool with Bar service window is fun. Tried to talk to resort management/host after our stay about the issue... has taken over 12 days and still waiting, to get any closure on the concerns. Was not interested in wasting family time on resort issues, so I let them know of my concerns as soon as I got home. They are either stalling so my review window closes, or they need 12 days to ask the custodial staff why the fireplace doesn't work... Either way, hopefully they will fix the issues, the overall resort is a great family spot, just need to fix the fact that the fireplaces are not vented right to be in use, at least in the units My family and I stayed in.
