Quarto bom, limpeza diária, funcionários do hotel prestativos, café da manhã básico, porém o ambiente e espaço para comer muito pequeno para quantidade de hóspedes. Nota 1 para o restaurante, comida fraca, sem sabor, pouca guarnição, DEMORA TANTO, MAS DEMORA TANTO que parece uma piada ruim. Os garçons estão cansados e a cozinha parou no tempo. Após checkout não podemos ficar na piscina ( o que acontece em 99% dos lugares) Não voltaria pra depender do restaurante.

Hotel excelente! Ele não é beira mar, mas fica a 5 min da praia a pé. Todos funcionários educados e solícitos. Quarto com cama confortável, roupa de cama e toalhas muito confortáveis e limpas. Serviço de limpeza do quarto diário. Café da manhã com boa variedade. Tem academia, sala de jogos. Área das piscinas excelente. Pedimos late check out pois nosso voo saía mais tarde e fomos prontamente atendidos. Nota mil, hotel de parabéns

Estadia impecável desde a recepção. Local lindo, super novo, ótima estrutura, piscina limpa. Café da manhã com bastante opção, tapioquinha feita na hora. Maravilhoso, perto da melhor praia de Porto de Galinhas. Os únicos pontos de melhoria seria a orientação de silêncio nos corredores, visto que pais com crianças faziam algazarra e gritaria logo cedo e tarde da noite impedindo o sono e o local do café por ser pequeno poderia organizar por turnos a sua utilização evitando a agonia que foi tomar café todo dia de manhã.

Limpeza impecável. Pelo valor que paguei 370$ a diaria, eu achei o quarto excelente. 1 cama de casal e uma de solteiro. As toalhas e os itens não sao luxuosos, mas sao ok pelo valor. A estrutura do hotel é incrível, simplesmente maravilhoso.

Pontos positivo: o hotel tem uma qualidade boa e bem agradável, otimo para descansar. Pontos negativos: durante nossa hospedagem a principal piscina ficou em manutenção. O serviço do restaurante é muito demorado, para qualquer pedido em qualquer período. Suponho que tenha poucas pessoas na cozinha, contudo o pessoal que entregava (garçons) eram gente boa. O quarto tinha poucas opcoes de eletrodoméstico.

Resort confortável e bem localizado

Resort muito agradável, com estrutura moderna e localização excelente, próxima à praia. O restaurante do complexo surpreendeu positivamente: comida saborosa, preço justo e atendimento acolhedor de todos os funcionários, destaque para o Mayk (Marcondes) e o Cauã. Outro destaque é o "honest market" 24h, com grande variedade de itens e ótimo custo-benefício. O Wi-Fi funcionou bem durante toda a estadia. A experiência foi ótima, recomendo para quem busca conforto e praticidade em Porto de Galinhas.

Bom local para quem quer descansar. Esse daqui não tem cozinha, mas é limpo e o condomínio é muito amplo e possui várias partes para aproveitar. O restaurante é excelente.
