Ungepflegtes Haus

Die Lage des Hauses und der Anlage sind hervorragend. Leider ist die Inneneinrichtung alt und sehr heruntergekommenen. Außerdem müsste das Haus einer Generalreinigung unterzogen werden. Die Küche mit ihren rostigen Geräten bedarf auch einer Erneuerungen.
