A little secluded which was a little hard to get around but it’s right on the bus line so do the research of bus schedules and such if you are not an experienced traveler like us. Also make sure to tell the bus to stop when traveling in to town or you’ll end up about a mile up the road by the museum. Uber also is not a thing here, only private taxi services which we were not familiar with and ChatGPT and Google weren’t helpful, only the staff once we got there. The staff was very friendly and helpful and we were able to make the hike to the castle after one of the friendly ladies working there gave us directions (a little over a mile there and back and is a straight shot) but it’s right on a hiking path with some of the best scenery I’ve seen during my trip with views of the mountain and loch. Rooms were lock and key which was refreshing. Bar and restaurant were beautiful and food was top notch. Overall a good experience. Just wish the area itself was a little more navigational with uber or taxis to make it to some of the other sites because it’s a very beautiful town and wished I would have stayed another day in that area.

We loved our stay here! We had a family quad (7/8) with 2 bedrooms and a lovely bathroom. The beds were cozy and we slept very well. The shower was FANTASTIC! The dinner menu is good and our meals were delicious. The staff are terrific - they are warm and welcoming and really helped us when we left an expensive electronic device behind and needed help have it shipped to our next hotel. Looking for Nessie? This is the place to stay!

We had a great welcome. Very happy with our room. Comfortable and quiet. Not a lot of dining options so reservations are recommended unless you want some yummy pizza. It’s close by and was so tasty! Breakfast at the Inn was excellent. Many great options. We’re loved that the inn was only a 5 minute drive from the Urquhart Castle.

The Loch Ness Inn was a lovely and cozy place to stay while we were in the Highlands. The restaurant is world class! The food there is absolutely delicious! The location was great for exploring the local environment: the Loch Ness Centre, the castle ruins, and hiking trails to waterfalls and Craig are all within walking distance.

The Loch Ness inn was really amazing for our short stay in Drumnadochit! The free breakfast was probably the best we’ve ever had at any stay and the rooms were cute and comfortable! Would also like to give a big thanks to Oscar, who carried my friends luggage up the stairs and made sure that we were comfortable with our accommodation and overall just went above and beyond!

Our short stay was magic! The staff were lovely, the location was perfect and the room its self was so cosy! It had exactly what we needed. We will definitely book again if we visit the area. We had a dinner and a breakfast at the property and both were superb.

This hotel had lots of charm and was a convenient stop for our stay in Inverness. The food in the restaurant was delicious and artfully presented, and the pub was a great place for a nightcap. The room was comfortable and clean and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay and I would recommend this property for future travelers.
