If you're looking for a friendly, safe and comfortable stay this is the place to be. The couple who run it are very pleasant and outgoing. My wife and I were well looked after during our stay. The food was quality, fresh and well made. The rooms were well cared for and clean. We really enjoy staying in a place where people truly care about their home, city and country. These are people who care about their guests and it shows.

A little gem in Inverness!

Robert & Ruth were great hosts! A cute detached home with B&B and parking!! Good breakfast, craic (chatting), and helpful hospitality. Just the perfect walking distance to downtown. Loved it! Please stay, R&R, and host some more!!

Fantastic B&B. They have scaled back to only three guest rooms, making for easy parking (at the rear, off Argyle Terrace, with signage), and a very comfortable and quiet stay. HIGHLY recommended!

Rossmount is a charming little B&B. Easy walking distance to everywhere. The owners are friendly and funny. Great place to stay.

Lovely couple and stay!

Robert and Ruth were welcoming and lovely from check in to check out. Their facility is beautifully decorated and clean. Our room faced the street with beautiful big windows. Robert gave us a tour of the room and all the spaces available to us. Convenient parking in the back-which is saying something on these narrow city streets with permit parking. They provide a lovely breakfast (per order) and coffee/tea kettle with some tasty treats in the room. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Easy walking to all downtown sites/restaurants and shopping as well.

The hosts, Ruth and Robert were so warm, friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed and the breakfast served was wonderful. I have never stayed anywhere so immaculately clean as their guest house and highly recommended them.

Excellent hosts and accommodation

Robert and Ruth(and Milo their dog) are amazing and very nice hosts. We enjoyed the 2 nights at the guest house very much. Robert even offered to drop us off at the bus tour point as we had suitcases and it was a 15 min walk. That was incredibly nice of him. Hotel room had all the amenities you would want.

Best experience one can get

My stay at the Rossmount B&B couldn’t be any better. We were welcomed by the owners and runners of the hotel whom are the best and most caregiving people. The hotel is very well Located, only a 3’ drive to the center of Inverness which as a city, really surprised me for good. The breakfast is from another level, they let you choose (not being excluding) within a range of meats, eggs, sides, apart from what they serve of fruits, coffee, yogurts, cereals, etc. I had the best Haggis in Scotland with no hesitation. In summary, it’s a great place to stay, have a good rest and get to know the highlands.

The location is a short walk into the main area of Inverness. Robert was a great host and the breakfast options were very good. I would highly recommend this place for a stay in Inverness

Beautiful room far enough away from main street to be quiet, but close enough to walk. Lovely hosts with adorable dog Milo. Would definitely stay here again.
