I arrived checked in and given room 115 stank of curry so they gave me another room on 3rd floor 301.. it was freezing so I tried to put heating on and it cut out.. went to reception and reported and the girl said she’d reset it.. went out again 10 later, I went to reception about 5 times and they kept resetting.. they tried to give me another room but same problem on that floor..they couldn’t offer a heater to back up.one male receptionist told me it was good to sleep in a cold room. No refund offered or hotel transfer to other Marriot hotel. I slept in my clothes to keep warm.. it was terrible.. I stay here regularly and have never experienced such poor service
