Comfortable, well appointed, great communication

Our stay was great, the room was very clean and comfortable. Their rooms aren't all the same, but the pictures corresponding to ours were exactly as we found it after check-in. Well appointed for a short to medium length stay (though we were only here for two nights). The location is far enough away from the historical center enough to be quiet, but still a walkable distance (especially because Innsbruck is very bikeable/walkable). Their front desk keeps somewhat unusual hours but has both a number than can be contacted 24/7, and they provided detailed instructions for self check-in (we didn't need to check ourselves in). WiFi was enough for streaming video (20-30Mb/s).

Max 15 min walk to train station. Small kitchen in room with new pots & pans, utensils, dishwasher & detergent…… we arrived early and the room is ready to check in. E mail us the free downtown transportation pass in advance. Housekeeping everyday. Room is spacious.

Perfekt för kombinationsresa vandring och stad!

Bodde här 3 nätter i slutet av augusti, kom på morgonen och fick checka in tidigare då lgh var klar. Rent och fräscht! Lgh hade allt som vi behövde, kunde dock ha funnits mer krokar på väggarna. Dessutom hade vi en lgh för två personer men det stod en extrasäng i rummet, den hade hellre kunnat bytas ut till t ex en soffa/fåtölj. Bordet och stolarna va ganska enkla och inte så bekväma. Trevlig personal! Relax, bastu och gym va en trevlig överraskning. Fanns cyklar att låna vilket vi uppskattade mycket! Väldigt nöjda med vår vistelse.

We loved our stay here. The property is situated far away enough from the centre to be quiet, but close enough to have a nice walk into the city. A shopping centre is only a 5 minute walk away which is convenient. The hotel itself was very clean and the facilities were excellent. Staff were very helpful and there is parking just around the corner which was also very convenient.

Great location which was close to the train station. However it was a fair distance to the centre of town. Not many options for public transport in the area which was quite inconvenient given that it rained the entire time.we were there. Outside of that we enjoyed our stay here and would definitely book here again as it was very comfortable.

The rooms were unique. Little kitchenette, bed in the balcony, little dining area. I don’t think there was more space than a regular motel room, but it felt more spacious. It felt new and clean. We barely dealt with the staff. We were there in July. We wished for an air conditioner. (We were informed a few months after we had booked the room that there was neither breakfast nor a/c) We had to open our windows and so then the street outside was very loud. The early morning cars, albeit few, woke us up.

Comfy and tidy place to stay

Very comfortable place to stay. Also little backyard was quiet and nice to have the door open to get some fresh air. One extra hope for future staying would be, that visitors could wash and dry their clothes better - or more valuable to have access to washing machine and a dryer. After two days our laundry was still a little damp. We washed them by hands.

Pros: Very beautiful and well situated, everything is walkable under 30 minutes. A lot of amenities. Cons: No air conditioning, during warm days it gets very hot inside. Very limited reception hours. Next to a bar which can be noisy some nights.
