This hotel should be torn down. Not just because it didn’t feel clean & the water was brown even after running it for awhile, we felt unsafe. People were up partying & slamming doors all hours of the night so it was a very sleepless night.

NOTHING like the pictures!!

The rooms look NOTHING like what you are given. No hot water for the entire 3-weeks I stayed there. UNLESS I contacted to owner. Just pathetic. If you’re proud of the hotel that you have ~ let the pictures reflect that. Don’t lie about it.

Overall the property seemed to be unkempt. Pool and workout room were closed permanently it looked like. The breakfast buffet was minimal and pretty much out of everything if you don't get there first thing... The fixtures in the room were atrocious and the towels smelled like grease.

The room was in poor condition. I think becuase the property is in a terribly humid area od the country. There was rust on everything. (Doors, light fixtures, faucets,) all covered innred rust. The dining area had an empty vending machine with an out of sign taped to it. The free breakfast was the nail in the coffin. 4 in total eggo waffles. 2 in total packages of yogurt. 2 dry cereal dispensers and your choice of oj or apple juice. No coffee, no hot bacon, eggs or waffles. In closing I'll add my room smelled like a musty laudry mat. I'd hoped for bettter.

1st arrived had to clean and mop the floor. Left the room came back. I tried turning on the light. But i had to plug it up. It was dirty in the corner by the chair. Went to the front desk told a receptionist. She sent someone to clean the corner. Bathroom door was dirty front and back. I cleaned that also.. Otherwise housekeeper was extremely nice. Missing a handmade fan. Have no idea where it disappeared too.

Worst hotel ever

Worst experience ever. Room worse I’ve ever experienced in my entire life. Brown water, cigarette burns in blankets, no light just bare wires hanging out. Walk way to room looked like someone got evicted from their home mirror propped on dresser in front of tv. I left after 2 hrs. Never seen anything like it. Bathroom was moldy and nasty.

I have been a loyal customer since the beginning. I'm very 😢 about the room quality this trip back. The towels were all yellow and very dingy. The shower curtains were very dirty with mold. The tub was rusted and had compost buildup. The bedspread was not clean it has several big spots all over it. I have photos of all that I speak of. I was very disappointed this trip. Never has been this bad. It was late when I got into the room so I was stuck. I slept sitting up.
