I have stayed at this Hilton on multiple occasions and have observed a decline in both the brand’s standards and the quality of maintenance. Visitors to Greenville may wish to consider alternative accommodations, as issues included malfunctioning bathroom toilets, inadequate front desk service, damaged or nonfunctional window blinds, and a television remote control without batteries
