Beautiful home minutes from Grand Park
This beautiful house is in a nice neighborhood, with a grocery store, gas station, nice restaurants, and Grand Park just minutes away. We took advantage of all the amenities the property has to offer. The back yard was furnished with patio furniture and beach chairs surrounding a fire pit. We didn’t use it, but enjoyed early mornings with a peaceful view of a pond where ducks were landing. Plenty of room for family to cook and enjoy time in between baseball games.
Michael did an excellent job answering all my questions and since my stay was long, checked in with me to make sure we didn’t need refills on the basics.

Good location, house needs some attention
We had some hiccups with our stay at this property including showing up after check-in time and being told to go away for 30 minutes so they could finish cleaning. When we came back 30 minutes later, we still had to wait outside for another 30 minutes. It took around 4 hours to get the property manager to respond to our multiple messages. There was a lot of trash piled up in the garage so the first floor of the house didn't smell great. Overall, it is a great location and access to a lot of stuff, but the house needs some attention and the property manager should have gotten back to us much quicker.
