Exactly what I needed for a short stay. Host was very nice, easy to contact and answered my questions quickly. Perfect if you are traveling with pets, fenced in front/back yard! Cute clean home in a quiet neighborhood, will book again!

Just like home

We arrived later than expected and the property owner was so nice. We drove over 12 hours so it was so nice to arrive and relax for a bit and then be able to go to bed. The home was clean and had everything we needed. I was able to make breakfast for us each morning before we would leave out for the day, we would get back late each evening and relax watching television and then off to bed. We were within12 miles of where we needed to be which was so nice, and will be back next year, will definitely rent again.

Not in a good neighborhood. Not very clean. Other than that the bedding and towels were clean. Plenty of kitchen items. It served its purpose for a place to stay for the night.

Quiet clean stay

Overall we had a great experience staying at this home. My concern was that there was a blue tarp on the roof when we pulled up that we were not told about. There were no leaks which was the concern of seeing a blue tarp on the roof. The home was extremely clean and comfortable and the neighborhood was very quiet.

First time ever using

I loved the house and the shower was great. It smelled like stale smoke when we got there. The location was pretty diverse and close to a lot of stuff. 20 to 25 minutes to the downtown area. Which I thought was closer. Really enjoyed my stay until I was charged a cleaning fee for the house supposedly smelling like weed smoke which I or my partner did not smoke of any kind as we do not smoke. After arguing over messaging with owner and having him contact VRBO I paid the cleaning fee just cuz that is the kind of person I am. The owner said maybe it was the person of color that was with you that smoked weed which made me feel a kind of way, that he was saying cuz he was a person of color it smelled like weed. I truly did love the place and enjoyed my vacation but the owner has now ruined the experience for me.

Not the best experience

The home itself was nice, however it was clear that it hadn’t been completely cleaned beforehand. The master bedroom smelled like cigarette smoke and the blankets nor pillowcases had been washed. Someone left an dirty towel hanging behind the bedroom door. My kids didn’t sleep in the bunk beds because they said the linen did not smell good either. The tv in the living room doesn’t have anything to watch on it and I had to relocate the fire stick from the tv in the master. The tv in the kid’s bedroom didn’t work either. Not sure I’ll book through Vrbo again
