The lobby had an overwhelming deodorizing smell that was awful. The smell was so strong it took your breath away and you could taste it. Desk people were nice. In our room there was garbage on the floor between the sink and the wall (a toothpaste tube and some other items). No shampoo, No cups for coffee. The toilet took 5 minutes to fill. The bed was amazingly comfortable, The bathroom was clean other than the above mentioned. The carpet seemed dirty in a way like it needed replaced. Not what I would have expected for staying at a Hilton.

Staff were all wonderful! The room was one of the smallest we’ve ever stayed in. The bathroom was barely roomy enough for one person and the shower water pressure was almost nonexistent, while the sink had all the pressure. Location is great! Food choices at the hotel were limited, but don’t sleep on the Taphouse across the street-their breakfast is bangin’ and the servers were all so friendly.

Disappointed we paid extra for ocean view and looked at a rooftop instead of the beach. You have to pay for valet but our car was six parking spots away from the front door. Resort fee but still $100+ for beach chairs.

My experience was horrible, 1st I did not get the room reserved, I paid for a Gulf View and I got a parking lot View, I paid about $400 night to have a wonderful room with gulf view and have a wonderful weekend with my family in a Hilton Hotel that I thought it would be great but not, the attention is not the greatest and the room it was disgusting, dirty and out of maintenance, I complaint about this and the staff at the counter just ask me for a $500 more a night to change my room for the real gulf view and then I replay saying " well I already paid for a Gulf view" how do I have to pay again?....answered it was insane..." if you want the gulf view, YES! I am whole life traveling around the world and staying in Hilton Hotels ,this is the worse ever experience I had.

The beachview from our room that I paid premium for was obstructed by what seems like an exhaust system. Howevet, the direct access to the beach made up for this.

Beautiful place and centrally located.. reason for just 4 stars is because the shower was lukewarm at best. I have to admit they offered to have it serviced but I already had taken a shower and was only staying the one night.

Desk clerk couldnt answer a direct,simple question about fees. Couldnt reach room service for over half an hour. Had to go to the front desk, from the 8th floor, to get any response.
