Outdated room- said we had a gulf view but was really partial. Closet door didn't close, drawer kept opening- TV didn't work and we had to call 4 times before they fixed it. For the amount of money we spent- very very disappointing. Will not stay at a Hilton again. They don't care about their customers- just about making money.

The room was great and i had a great view. Check in went well and the staff was nice. This was my first time going on vacation by myself so i was unsure how things worked. I asked about check out and was told i could check out at 4am. I wasnt told how that worked. When i went to check out no one was around so i just put my stuff in a basket and hoped for the best. I also didnt know i had to go on the app if i wanted room service as there were no menus. I was disappointed there were no vending machines and there were no flyers or brochures on the area. In all it was a good stay. I recommend that people ask questions and that staff informed us new people how this all worked. With all this experience i will ask questions next time and i plan on coming back.

Disappointed in our “gulf view” room. Do not feel we got what we paid extra for… could see a little bit of beach and whole lot of parking lot and A/C units, which were also very loud. Be cautious booking a gulf view room!

Everyone was very friendly and the room was very clean. The room was very small but comfortable. I did have to request each day to have used towels and garbage removed which I still prefer daily housekeeping but understand times have changed.

The room was clean, great view of pool and beach. Bed and bedding very comfy. Pools great, 85 degrees. Drinks-great. Beach-right there. Spa- incredible. Justin massage therapist- incredible. Starbucks-right there, and great food choices nearby. Kid friendly pools/area but not disruptive. What more could you want? I will absolutely be returning. Impeccable location.
