The home has recently been fully furnished and professionally decorated, and is ready now! 30 day minimum rental.

The home is located within the National Golf & Country Club gated community with a world class 18-Hole Championship Golf course, gym, spa, tennis & pickleball which are fully open, and the outdoor tiki bar, restaurant and resort style pool are nearing completion!

The National Golf & Country Club is located in Ave Maria Florida. Ave Maria is one of the fastest growing communities in the United States, complete with vibrant Town Center, wonderful array of amenities, shops, restaurants, a Publix supermarket, and much more. There`s so much to see and do here—all within steps of your front door or a nice golf cart ride.

Fantastic property!!

We enjoyed our stay immensely The owner and property manager ensured that everything went smoothly from start to finish! The house is clean and well equipped. The beds and furniture are comfortable. The house is well laid out with all three bedrooms having their own bathroom. We also appreciated the separate den that has a desk in it. Wifi was good. We enjoyed baking in the kitchen which has a large kitchen island countertop. We also used the grill on the lanai several times. Awesome to have our own private pool and hot tub. We are not golfers but we enjoyed walking around the community.
