Was expecting a luxury resort, but this was just a run of the mill hotel. Amenities were just ok, lighting in room was very dim. Pools were great, but we only found one hot tub, and there were unattended children everywhere, including the hot tub. Worst of all was the parking situation - it’s not included with the hotel stay, and there aren’t in and out privileges, so there were days when we paid three times for parking - and there’s nowhere else to park. A grab and go breakfast for two (from the on-site cafe) was as much as a sit-down. Prices were outrageous for a mediocre product.

The room was nice and there was lots to do for the kids. However, we found the prices on everything to be a bit too inflated. They are charging luxury hotel prices. Our service at Carmacho was horrible - waited over an hour for food.

Rooms were outstanding as so were the staff.. it was kinda slow there so we felt like we had the pool and hot tubs to ourselves. This was our first time back in Palm Springs/Indian Wells since Covid. We’ve always loved it and that no stress easy vibe like rest of the world is rotating at light speed in chaos while Palm Springs is in a slow motion bliss. For those who never been to Palm Springs.. we’ll all of the restaurants are Excellent been going there since 2008 and never had a let down.. My must go to place to eat is called Pacifica with that glazed salmon that keeps on giving. We could see ourselves retiring there but then again those homes ain’t really cheap lol at $2.3 million for 2100 square feet lol
