Lower Level is a dream space for the kids. Sleeping area has four built-in captains beds; each with its own dedicated power outlet with built-in USB plugs. Lower Level recreation area boasts a curved 65” smart UHD TV, comfy lounging area with queen sofa bed, pool table and air hockey. The full bath on this level includes a second laundry facility equipped with jumbo-sized front loader washer/dryer to accommodate the largest family groups.

Walk to Harbor: Less than half a mile away -- Enjoy free summer concerts. Walk or bike to Ferries to Martha’s Vineyard and Nantucket Islands (bring your bikes along and have your very own exploring adventure), Go on a ½ or whole day deep sea fishing excursion, so simply stroll to the pier for a cone of the famous Four Seas Ice Cream.

Walk to Downtown Hyannis: Downtown Hyannis has it all – from the John F. Kennedy Museum to boutiques, fine dining, casual pubs and the hilarious Joke Shop to churches and art galleries, downtown Hyannis is the perfect spot to relax and unwind with an ice cream, dinner, or cocktails after a day at the ocean.
