Multiple things were not working upon arrival. The houses were not the cleanest. If you moved furniture or curtains at all, there was hair, dust, food, dead bugs, etc. One of the hot tubs was very dirty and not usable. One of the pools was very dirty, green and foggy. One of the simulators did not work until second to last day. Clearly the outdoor inspection was not done. One of the barbecues did not work at all. The houses were lacking many of the basic necessities in the kitchens. One of the fridges was not cooling properly until the second day. The bunk rooms had insufficient cooling, therefore no one was able to sleep. I will say the houses were beautiful. The property was beautiful, but there were still a lot of complaints on our end. The guy who came to clean the pools was very caring and considerate and did an amazing job when he was there. He was very nice to us and let us know that he could tell the inspection was not done and apologized over and over again. Will I stay here again? It is possible, but I will probably look elsewhere first.
