GOOD TO KNOW BEFORE YOU BOOK

• Pool heating: the pool is open year-round; heating is optional at $125/day. Tell us at least 48 hours before arrival and it will be 85°F when you get here — guests who heat it in the cooler months say it's "completely worth it." The slide and waterfall hibernate November–February to protect the pipes; the hot tub is always on and always included.
• Laundry: 3 washers and 3 dryers — nobody goes home with a suitcase of wet swimsuits.
• Parking: 4–8 cars at the house plus overflow parking for trailers and large vehicles a short walk away — just ask.
• Concierge extras through our partner Desert Luxe: pre-stocking, grocery delivery, the famous soda bar, activity planning, photography.
• The rules that keep this house 5-star: no smoking or vaping, no pets, shoes off inside, outdoor/pool hours 8 AM–10 PM with neighbor-friendly volume. Our prices include all fees — no surprises.
