The property was as advertised- great location, plenty of space inside and the parking spots are ideal. Host was easy to communicate with- although we had no issues. Beach chairs and plenty of towels for the quick walk across the street to the sand. Kitchen stocked with everything we needed- overall a great stay and would rent this one again!

We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely rent it again. The location couldn't have been better—just a one-minute walk to the beach and within easy walking distance of shops and restaurants. Parking was plentiful, which made things especially convenient for our group.The house was spotless, spacious, and incredibly well stocked. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need, and the entire home was thoughtfully equipped for guests. There was plenty of room for our large group to spread out and relax comfortably.One of our favorite features was the outdoor living space. The patios were all fantastic. We spent the evenings having drinks around the front fireplace feature. The rooftop patio has a view of the ocean. The host was excellent—easy to communicate with and always quick to respond to any questions. Overall, this property exceeded our expectations in every way. Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic stay at this beach house. The location couldn’t have been better — steps from the beach and very close to great shopping and restaurants. The house was exactly as pictured, clean, comfortable, and well maintained. There was plenty of space for all four couples to spread out and still gather comfortably in the common areas. It was the perfect setup for a relaxing and enjoyable stay, and we wouldn’t hesitate to book it again.

The location was perfect for a walk to downtown and HB Pier. It was a beautiful home with anything you could possibly need for your visit. It was a bit chilly during our visit so we couldn’t utilize the outdoor facilities but during nice weather, they would be perfect. The host was super friendly and responsive during our visit. Would definitely recommend this home to anyone visiting Orange County.

My family enjoyed this house. This home is in a great location right near the beach and very close to main street. Would definitely stay here again. We love the farmers market Huntington beach holds every Tuesday.
