Around the corner is the chic kitchen with a neutral colour palette and a door leading out into the pretty south-facing garden which fills the room with natural light. Upstairs are the three bedrooms including a double room benefitting from built-in wardrobes, a twin and a single room. Completing the property is the family bathroom where you can take a blissful bath after a day out exploring, or wash off the sand in the shower overhead. Extending the living space outside, the suntrap garden is a lovely place to gather with a table and chairs as well as a lush lawn for children to play on.

Hunstanton (less than a mile away) offers a quintessential seaside experience with dramatic cliffs and Victorian features. From here, you can join a stretch of the Norfolk Coast Path towards Cromer for an active adventure, walking through the Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and soaking up the charm of the area. The village has plenty for families, including the mesmerising Sea Life Centre, the funfair, and a pitch and putt course right beside the sea – rest assured there is plenty to keep all ages entertained without travelling far.
