Perfect location and unit- under 1 minute walk from beach!

Located in Palmas Del Mar Beach Village is the perfect location if you want to stay very close to the beach within the security of a gated community. The unit is ground level abutting a golf course. There is also a private pool for the beach village community. Great base for any excursions along the eastern coast (Luquillo, Farjardo, El Yunque). Jared, the property manager is super responsive and congenial if you need him. There were a couple of instances where the electricity went out but was resolved relatively quickly.

Clean property and easy to find. It was fun watching golfers while waiting for everyone to be ready to head out for the days activities. Bunk bed bedroom is a bit tight but worked well. Master bedroom is spacious and the bed was comfortable.

Property and location are excellent, conditions are well. Communication with admin was poor. Had to wait 3 days for an answer. Apart from that was good.

Awesome Family Vacation

The villa was beautiful, comfortable, and clean. It included many amenities that the entire family could enjoy. It is perfectly located across the beach. Carlos was an excellent host and responded promptly to all of our inquiries. We would definitely love to come back again next time we visit our beautiful island. Thank you for a great stay!

Flooded Apt. - Electricity Issues

There are a couple of places of water filtrations in this unit. There is water dripping into the wall TV, clearly a safety issue. I slipped in the wet floor and felt in my knee when I got up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom. Later I noticed the water going into the TV set. This is a huge safety issue because anyone could be electrocuted. I emailed the property management company about this matter and requesting a refund for the last night, but I haven’t received a response yet.

Truly enjoyed my stay

The property was very clean and looked just like the pictures presented (no bugs). Area was very nice, safe and peaceful with access to the beach across the road (beach had a lot of seaweed). No issues accessing the property and Carlos responded immediately to my questions. I do recommend a TV in each bedroom, a few more kitchen appliances such as bowls with lids, an Air fryer, and better pots and pans. I would definitely stay here again.
