My place is situated in the heart of Lindley. You’ll love it here as it's very handy for Huddersfield Royal Infirmary & the M62. Lindley hosts many Restaurants, Bars & a Sainsbury's store to keep you entertained, fed & watered. My place benefits from lots of sun-light, very comfortable bed & good quality bed linen. It's great for couples, the solo adventurer, business travellers, & small families, alike. You'll always know the time thanks to Lindley Clock Tower designed by, Edgar Wood.

Mini Sainsburys and post office were within yards away and very useful. I would have liked a few more small shelves in bathroom and I couldn’t even see myself in the mirror in the lounge so couldn’t understand what it was there for (maybe for decorative purposes!). Nice and warm and bed very comfortable. Although I understand Ts&Cs, for an elderly and vulnerable person such as myself I found stripping the bed and towels etc before leaving at 11:00am quite a tiring process. However, all in all it was so convenient to where I wanted to be it was quite good.

The Retreat was an excellent place for us to stay. It had all the necessities we required kitchen with all the utensils, fridge and stove, lounge, with a nice sized TV. Bedroom and bathroom facilities were of a good size. We inadvertently booked a unit without a washing machine but Cleide very kindly allowed us to use other machines when availa ble. The Retreat is wonderfully placed in a small village just outside of Huddersfield..There are lots of restaurants and a large sized grocery store just around the corner. Bus stop within minutes walk and regular buses to town. We were very happy with the location and the facility. Cleide was a very helpful pleasant owner to deal with. Rob and Shirley.

Very high spec property

Outstanding property for the price. Most of the essential furnishings are top quality. Quiet convenient placed property very close to eateries of different types and a few bars. The bus service to Huddersfield and other places runs very regularly too. A small sainsburys Sainsbury’s is very close by as is lindley centre but not too close, very quiet but everything’s close by.
