First time at this hotel. Would stay again. The hotel is beside the M62 we were in a room other side of hotel and didn’t hear the motorway at all. The room was big and clean. Bed comfortable. Tea & Coffee in room and a great little dressing table area. The hotel shares the car park with the Nags Head (which is a lovely pub great food) it’s also near a good Italians Da Sandro and Toby Carvery. Easy to get into town Huddersfield or Halifax. Good value for money

Really friendly staff member checked me in and told me that she’d give me the last double bed room available, because I had booked a 2 single bed for two of us but they weren’t able to come. Which was unexpected and really appreciated. Bed is comfy, room was clean, a restaurant/pub is right next door and free parking. I nearly deducted a star because the fire alarm went off for a bit at about 9:30pm as their alarms are sensitive to the steam coming from bathrooms, so someone must have showered and left the door open. And their Wi-Fi was hard to connect to as well as weak tv signal, but that’s ok. Amazing for the price, I will definitely be staying again and highly recommend this place. Just have your show downloaded prior to visiting!

Convenient & pleasant stop over

Hotwl was pleasant and in an ideal spot for a one night stop over. Check in was seemless and the receptionist was very professional and courteous. Parking was easy, with plenty of spaces. Main negativity was the lack of a proper breakfast. There was a "to go" breakfast available, but we opted for the Toby Carvery, 10min walk away.
