Pros:-short drive to major event sites including Daikin Park, Shell Dtadium, etc. . Within walking distance to a couple of dive bars 1 street over. Cons:-Property was dirty. Roaches and ants here and there. Bathrooms were also dirty. And several broken pieces of furniture throughout the property. -No AC in one of the bathrooms so it’s very hot in there. -Located on the 2nd story which was not disclosed until the day of arrival. Going up and down a narrow outdoor spiral staircase was difficult when carrying luggage and groceries. -Parking though “available” was not usable. We were asked by the owner to park on the street. That was also not disclosed during booking. -Very close to train tracks. Trains run all day and night so it’s very loud and disruptive. -one of the apartments on this property is not on this site, it’s an actual tenant living there. That tenant had several drunken verbal confrontations with her guests resulting in a lot of shouting and fighting in the middle of the night. We made it through the weekend but we would not stay here again. The place definitely looked better in its pictures than in person.
