Very clean and easy to access.

Came into Houston for a guys trip. Wanted a place close to NRG stadium since we were going to the game. This place absolutely delivered on that. It’s legitimately about 7 minutes from the stadium. Checking into this property was a breeze. The host provided both the gate key and and home entrance code in sufficient time to access the property with no problem. The property is in a devoting area, but is gated and equipped with a garage making it very safe. The inside was immaculately clean and exactly like the picture depicted. Would definitely stay here again the next time I visit Houston.

Needed stay near medical district

The owner was helpful and quick to respond to questions. This property is new and very clean and minimalistic. The beds however are not comfortable at all. If you're looking for a good night of sleep, these are not the beds are not for you. The only other thing to be noted is the street the townhouse is on. It is close to the hospital area but there is a bar at the corner and shattered glass on the street and what seems to be a business with barbed wire topped chainlink fencing across the street. It was not a safe place for 2 women and a child to go to in the dark. There is a gate to drive through and a garage to park in so that was nice. looks too be a
