Perfect

This property was just perfect! Perfect location, perfect size for our family. Ms. Annette responded quickly with any questions we had. The golf cart was easy to use for the short drive down to the boardwalk. We look foward to using this property again when we find ourselves in Kemah again. We also spotted our new little friend (picture added).

Everything We Needed

My husband and I stayed for two weeks. It was clean, comfortable and the neighborhood was great. Loved sitting on the porches. And taking the golf cart to Kemah boardwalk was such an added bonus! Annette is amazing to work with. Couldn’t have asked for a more responsive host!

Perfect location, lots of perks

This beach house was nestled in such a beautiful, quiet neighborhood and was ideal for my husband, me and our three teenagers. A view of the water made it so relaxing and the natural light that flooded the house was perfect! Our girls enjoyed the quick golf cart ride to the boardwalk each night. Having a golf cart at your disposal was definitely a perk we were delighted with, along with unexpected treats, drinks and wine in the refrigerator for us! House was spotless, check in and clean up was the easiest I have ever had with a VRBO rental, and Annette was available immediately for anything we needed. Price was definitely lower than I would have expected for such a location, too. Only a 15 minute drive to NASA, plenty of shopping, and plenty of great restaurants nearby. Would definitely choose this spot again! VRBO rental

Great stay in Kemah during the Winter

We enjoyed our trip to Kemah and Annette's home was the perfect getaway to stay and in a quiet area of the boardwalk area. We walked to bars and restaurants as the weather was perfect and places easy to get to.Marina's are also close to the home and, having the golf cart to cruise around town was fantastic during the day. We will definitely come back in the future.

Clean, safe place to stay

This house is lovely, very neat and clean. The only negative is that the beds are small and uncomfortable. However, for 2 nights we managed. Communucation with the owner was easy and fast. The neighborhood feels safe, the house is comfortable and showcases the owners artwork.wclean

Perfect

Second time staying in the past five months. We traveled from Kentucky to visit family in League City. This is an excellent place to stay. Home is exactly as pictured and neighborhood is quiet and close to everything we needed. Annette is wonderful to talk to and while we had NO issues, she checked in with us to ensure all was good. very accommodating for our dogs, who were fenced in the backyard and on the front patio. view of the bay. short distance to Kemah Boardwalk. Nice and safe neighborhood. Everything worked in the house. The owner / host took the time to write down all relevant info. Would definitely go back (and i live in Spring, TX). Loved it

Great location and an awesome host!

First off, Annette is an amazing host, very communicative in case you need anything during your stay and has awesome recommendations.The location is amazing and you can see the ocean from the balcony. The home is well equipped with pots and pans. The home was very clean upon my arrival and it felt like I was at the comfort of my own home. I will definitely stay here the next time I'm in Texas.

Perfect Place in Kemah

This has been one of my favorite places to stay. The house is located minutes from the boardwalk. I probably could have walked there if I was up for a nice stroll. There is a partial view of the bay. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. The house was immaculately clean and decorated with wonderful artwork. The golf cart provided was super fun. Being able to park my car in the garage was a huge plus not offered by any VRBOs I've stayed at in the past. I don't think I have ever had a VRBO host as attentive and nice as Annette. She is an incredibly nice person and extremely helpful in giving tips on the best places to go for food and entertainment. I have a very short list of favorite VRBOs that I immediately go to first when I plan a getaway. I have to add this one to the list.

Location, Location, Location!!

Made a last minute trip to the area from KY to visit family. Everything about the house and location was exactly what we wanted. Home was as described and located in a quiet and easy to navigate area. Annette was easy to reach if needed but we never encountered any issues. Would definitely stay here again.

Home away from home

The Kemah house was everything we hoped it would be and more. I was receiving daily treatments at MD Anderson in League City and the peace and calm of this neighborhood afforded me time to relax. It was also large enough to accommodate family that traveled in to stay with us. Annette is a wonderful host and took care of an A/C problem right away!! We will definitely recommend this place to friends and family☺️
